Dr. Merriel Bullock-Neal Esquire
Moderator & Speaker
Conference chair and moderator, earned her law degree from Washington College of Law at American University and her Ph.D. in Special Education with support fields in Clinical Child Psychology, Family Therapy, and Counseling Psychology from American University. She is the Chair of the Montgomery County Disproportionate Task Force, attorney in private practice, Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, CEO and Founder of Merry In God Foundation. She practices law in Juvenile Court, Circuit Court, Chancery Court, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Dr. Bullock-Neal is a member of Leadership Clarksville and has served as Chair and member on the Board of the Two Rivers Chapter, American Red Cross. She is currently President Elect of Clarksville Civitan. She has served as an university professor, consultant, researcher, international speaker, and an advocate for human rights.
Henry Moore Jr.
Presenter
A grief counselor with expertise in helping clients learn to cope with the death and dying process, depression, suicidal ideations and traumatic experiences.  He has more than 30 years of expertise in trauma and emergency medicine through innovative pre-hospital techniques. Currently he is employed by AseraCare Hospice. After Serving 24 years in the United States Army as a Medic, he graduated from Austin Peay State University with a  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters in Social Work from Western Kentucky University, with honors. He is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society, Phi Chi Honor Society, and the Medallion Honor Society.  He is also a member of Leadership Clarksville. He has been on the Disproportionate Minority Contact Task Force for almost 10 years. He also has volunteered on the board of directors for Soldiers and Families Embraced (vice president), and for the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition. He also volunteers as a basketball coach for Low7Sports, Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Agape Prison Ministry.
Danielle Kriminger
Presenter
Nursing Supervisor/District RN for the Clarksville Montgomery School System. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has been working as an RN since 1993 with a strong background in the Maternal Child areas, with the past 8 years focusing on school nursing. During her nursing career, Danielle has also held adjunct teaching positions with vocational schools and community colleges teaching both LPN and RN programs. She is a current CPR instructor for the American Heart Association and the Vice Chair of Montgomery County’s Allies for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP).
Michael Taliento
Presenter
A native of Portland, Maine and a veteran of the US Armed Services. His military career spanned 28 years with 11 of those years right here with Ft Campbell’s Air Cavalry Squadron and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. He currently serves as the Director of Army Instruction, overseeing the seven JROTC Programs in the Montgomery County School System. Colonel Taliento holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, a Master of Science degree in Administration, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies. Colonel Taliento serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Clarksville Sun-Rise Rotary Club and is the Director of Education and Engagement for the Mt. Olive Cemetery Historical Preservation Society. The Taliento’s operate Cedar’s Rest, a supporting non-profit that provides veterans recovering from PTSD/TBI the opportunity to discover and experience the beauty of woodworking.
Mark R. Bullock

A Communication Management Consultant. He served as an Assistant Professor in Mass Communication at Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee. He has also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Mass Communication at Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California. He earned his M.S. in Communication, concentration in Broadcast Management from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He earned his B.A. in Communication, concentration in Broadcast Production from Howard University. He has also earned a Certificate in Screenwriting from the University of California, Los Angeles Professional Program in Screenwriting.
Dr. Gregory Fryer

A family medicine physician, entrepreneur and community leader in Clarksville, TN. Dr. Fryer is originally from Greenville, SC and upon completion of his Bachelor’s degree from the University of GA, he continued on to complete his Family Medicine residency at Fort Benning, GA. After 24 years in the US Army, Dr. Fryer retired as a Colonel and opened up a solo medical practice, Medical Direct Care, PLC. A board certified Family physician, who has been in practice for over 19 years. Dr. Fryer was appointed to the Mayor’s Fitness Council to help improve the health and wellness of Clarksville. He is a Partner in Education (PIE) at Northwest Middle School where the Health Sciences Academy magnet is located.
Sharon Kaye Edwards

An Anti-bullying expert and author. Ms.Edwards has recently has recently released a book entitled, "ACTIONS", the Bully & Suicide Resource Guide for the 21st century. Additionally, she has co-written with Seymour Hagans a video entitled, "I'm Invisible: A Teen's Suicide Victim's Cry". She has served as a consultant with groups such as: The LEAP Organization, Georgia School Systems, Clarksville Montgomery County School System, WEEMS Academy, Virtual High School, and others. Ms. Edwards has recieved the following awards: The Tennessee Back to School Ant-Bullying Award given by Mayor Karl Dean of Nashville,TN , The Distinguished Woman of Excellence Award "For Outstanding Community Service", and Putting a "Stop to Bullying" from the non-profit organization called Once in a Wifetime Movement. She conducted numerous presentations and workshops on Bullying.
Rashidah Leverett

An Author, Speaker, Teacher, Certified Coach, and Current Candidate for Commissioner of District 5. Rashidah was born and raised in Newark,NJ. She is a Veteran of the United States Army where she served 7 years. She is an educator by call and trade. Her niche areas are Leadership, Career Development, and Spirituality She is a sought after small group speaker for workshops, conference and churches in areas of career development, leadership, and spiritual growth. She has a certification in Professional Coaching from Fowler Academy of Professional Coaches. She holds a Bachelor and Master's degree and completed her Doctorate Degree in Spring 2017. She is the author of "Pieces of the Puzzle: A 21-day Guide to a Life and Meaning and Momentum", due for release in January 2017, and co-author of, "Madame President: How to Think and Act Like a Leader" released in Spring 2017.
Glenn A. Louk

A native of Howell Township, NJ and a veteran of the US Armed Services. He currently serves as an Army Instructor at Northeast High School in Clarksville, TN. Command Sergeant Major Louk holds a Masters Degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He has received extensive awards some of which include: Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal (2 OLC), Meritorious Service Medal(2OLC), and Army Commendation Medal (6 OLC). Command Sergeant Major Louk’s deployments include; Operation Desert Shield/Storm, multiple tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom as part of the Global War on Terrorism.

She has an Associates of Arts Degree in Broadcasting Communications, Bachelor’s of Science in Management and Organizational Development, and Master’s Degree in Public Relations and New Media Communications. Ms. Hagans has been a broadcast professional since 1989. She has experience in the communications industry with the development of internet radio stations, podcast productions, radio and television productions, building social media presence, and news media websites. With the creation of Black Clarksville.com, she has launched Internet radio station’s, WTVN, WBCR, and USAMIXRAP, produced a newspaper Un/Signed Artist Mix Music Business. Ms. Hagans is also an accomplished recording engineer, sound engineer, vocalist, and bass guitar player.
