Conference chair and moderator, earned her law degree from Washington College of Law at American University and her Ph.D. in Special Education with support fields in Clinical Child Psychology, Family Therapy, and Counseling Psychology from American University. She is the Chair of the Montgomery County Disproportionate Task Force, attorney in private practice, Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, CEO and Founder of Merry In God
Foundation. She practices law in Juvenile Court, Circuit Court, Chancery Court, and the United
States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Dr. Bullock-Neal is a member of
Leadership Clarksville and has served as Chair and member on the Board of the Two Rivers Chapter, American Red Cross. She is currently President Elect of Clarksville Civitan. She has served as an university professor, consultant, researcher, international speaker, and an advocate for human rights.
